Medserv plc – New Bond Issue Announced

Medserv plc announced that the Listing Authority has approved the admissibility to listing euro equivalent of €13,000,000 6% secured and guaranteed notes redeemable on September 30, 2023, together with the possibility of an early redemption on September 30, 2020. The bonds will be issued at par, with initial amount invested not less than €2,000 and increasing in multiples of €100 thereafter.
