Hili Properties plc – New Bond Issue

€37,000,000 4.5% Hili Properties plc Unsecured Bonds 2025

We are pleased to inform you that Hili Properties Plc have announced the issuance of €37,000,000 Unsecured Bonds maturing in 2025. The bonds will offer a coupon of 4.5% per annum and will be issued at a price of €100 per bond.  Hili Properties plc is a wholly owned subsidiary of Hili Ventures Limited and is the parent company of the property division of the Hili Ventures Group. The Bonds are guaranteed jointly and severally by Hili Estates Limited and Harbour (APM) Investments Limited.

Jesmond Mizzi Financial Advisors Ltd is participating in this issue as one of the authorised financial intermediaries and is currently accepting applications for this bond. The minimum subscription amount for each application has been set at €2,000 with multiples of €100 thereafter.

The bond holders of the existing PTL Bonds and existing Premier Capital Bonds will be receiving a preferred holder application. Should you be an eligible preferred holder and would like to invest into the new above mentioned bond, we kindly ask you to complete the application received directly from the issuer and forward to us by not later than 5 October 2015, together with the applicable payment and the enclosed application form duly signed.

Interested applicants who have no existing holdings in the above mentioned bonds can apply with the general public by filling in the enclosed application form and forwarding it to us by not later than 7 October 2015, together with the applicable payment.
