Loqus Holding plc – Approval of half yearly report

Loqus Holding plc announced that the directors have approved the half-yearly report of the company for the six months ended 31st December 2011.

The Company registered a loss before tax of EUR 41,519, compared to EUR 82,579 registered in 2010. Revenue for the period under review amounted to EUR 2.08m, a rise of 18 % from 2010. Loss per share to EUR 0.001.
