Premier Capital Plc – Purchase of Bonds for Cancellation

Premier Capital announced that it has purchased 264,400 6.8% 2017-2020 Premier Capital plc bonds from its bondholders.

Such bonds shall be cancelled in accordance with the provisions of article 20.5 of the prospectus.
