United Finance plc – Purchase of own Bonds

United Finance p.l.c. announced that during the month of December 2012 it purchased €158,300 United Finance p.l.c 6.75% Bonds 2014-2016 and this as permitted by the Company Prospectus dated 27 June, 2008. The Bonds so purchased by the Company are being cancelled.
