Middlesea Insurance plc – Termination of Agency Agreement

The Board of Directors of Middlesea Insurance p.l.c. herby announces that Allcare Insurance Agency Limited will cease to act as an agent for Middlesea Insurance p.l.c with effect from the 1st of February 2013 and that the agency agreement has been terminated by mutual agreement. This entails that Allcare Insurance Agency Limited will no longer write business on behalf of Middlesea Insurance p.l.c.
