PAVI Shopping Complex plc – Notification of repurchase of Company’s own securities

PAVI Shopping Complex p.l.c. announced that on the 4th of February 2013 it repurchased a total of 350,000 7% Secured Bonds 2014 – 2017 from its bondholders and this as permitted by the company prospectus dated the 28th of September 2007. All bonds so purchased by the company are being cancelled.
