GO plc – Cancellation of Listing from London Stock Exchange

GO plc announced that a decision has been taken to terminate the Depositary Receipts programme administered by the Bank of New York Mellon. The Company also announces that it intends to cancel the listing of the Global Depositary Receipts currently listed on the London Stock Exchange by the 5th April 2013.
