Grand Harbour Marina plc announced that in terms of Article 60.1 of the Company’s Articles of Association, Mr Clive Peter Whiley was on the 27 February 2013, co-opted by the board of directors as a non-executive director of the Company. His appointment shall be valid until the conclusion of the next annual general meeting.
