United Finance plc – Purchase of Bonds for cancellation

United Finance p.l.c. announced that during the month of February 2013 it purchased 53,300 United Finance p.l.c 6.75% Bonds 2014-2016 and this as permitted by the Company Prospectus dated 27 June, 2008. The Bonds so purchased by the Company are being cancelled.
