Middlesea Insurance plc announced that it will be convening its 32nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) on April 19, 2013. The declaration of a final gross dividend of EUR 0.025 per share as recommended by the Board of Directors and the accounts for the year ended December 31, 2012 will be presented for the consideration of shareholders at the respective AGM.
