The Board of Directors of Mediterranean Investments Holding p.l.c. announced that it will be calling its Bondholders for a meeting on Thursday, 25th April 2013. At this meeting the Company will be updating its Bondholders on its activities, its financial performance in 2012 and prospects for 2013.

Bondholders on the register as at close of business on 1st April, 2013, shall be eligible and will be invited to attend the meeting.
