HSBC Bank Malta p.l.c. held its Annual General Meeting on 18 April 2013 where all the Ordinary Resolutions on the agenda were approved in accordance with the bank’s Memorandum and Articles of Association.

Ms.Caroline Zammit Testaferrata Moroni Viani was elected as a Non-Executive Director, with effect from 18 April 2013, currently residing at 7, Casa Zammit,Mons A Mifsud Street Ta’ Xbiex, holds various executive positions and directorships within companies owned by Mercury p.l.c. that form part of the group of companies historically referred to as The Testaferrata Group.

No matter concerning Ms. Zammit Testaferrata Moroni Viani requires disclosure under Listing Rules 5.20.5 to 5.20.9.
