GlobalCapital plc announced that further to the Company Announcement dated 24th May 2013 wherein it was stated that the Company was accepting nominations in writing of candidates for the election of Directors to take place at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting to be held on 28th June 2013 the Company received the nomination of the following eights candidates:
