Medserv plc – Approval of half yearly report

Medserv plc announced that on July 15, 2013 the Board of Directors approved the half yearly report of the Company for the financial period 1 January 2013 to 30 June 2013.

The Company registered a profit before tax of EUR 566,485, compared toa loss of EUR 680,589 registered in 2012. Revenue for the period under review amounted to EUR 3.7m, a rise of 45% from 2012. EPS increased to EUR 0.051.
