FIMBank plc – Conversion of Tranche A of the Loan Agreement – Issuance of New Shares to UGB

FIMBank plc announced that on July 29, 2013, it has issued 36,254,567 shares to UGB in full and final settlement of the obligations of FIMBank under Tranche A of the Loan, consequently UGB’s shareholding in FIMBank has now increased to 30.25%.
