Loqus Holding plc – Resignation and Appointment of Dirtector

Loqus Holding plc announced that Mr George Gregory has resigned with immediate effect from his post of Director with the Company, due to personal commitments. The Board wishes to thank Mr Gregory for his contribution to the Company over the years.

The Company further announces that in terms of Article 60.1 of the Articles of Association of the Company, the Board has co-opted Mr Albert DeBono, holder of ID Card No. 263272M, and resident at 36, Yucca, Block B, Triq it-Torri ta’ l-Arlogg, Binja Buqana, Mtarfa, as a non-executive director of the Company. Mr DeBono, who is an accountant by profession, does not occupy the position of Director on any other listed Company, nor has he done so in the past five years. Furthermore there are no matters concerning Mr DeBono that require disclosure under Listing Rules 5.20.5 to 5.20.9.
