Premier Capital Plc – Cancellation of bonds

Premier Capital plc annunced that it has purchased the amount of 9,600 6.8% 2017-2020 Premier Capital plc Bonds from its bondholders. 

Such Bonds shall be cancelled in accordance with the provisions of Article 20.5 of the Prospectus.
