Gasan Finance Company plc – Listing Authority Approval for Bond Issue

Gasan Finance Company plc announced that the Listing Authority has granted its approval for the issue of an aggregate principal amount of EUR 25,000,000, 4.9% Bonds due 2019-2021 ("the bonds 2019-21") with a nominal value of EUR 100, to be issued at par. 

Full details of the Bonds 2019-2021 are included in the prospectus dated 18 October 2013 which will be available on the website www.gasan.com as from 25 October 2013, and from the authorised financial intermediaries on 31 October 2013. Application forms will be available to the public from 31 October 2013.
