Gasan Finance Company plc – Suspension of Trading in Bonds 2014-16

Gasan Finance company plc made reference to the forthcoming issue of 4.9% Bonds 2019-2021 ("Bonds 2019-21"). The directors have resolved to offer present holders of 6% Bonds due 2014-2016 ("Bonds 2014-16") the opportunity to exchange their Bonds 2014-16 for the Bonds 2019-21. the bonds 2014-16 will be redeemed on 31 May 2014. 

The cut-off date for eligibility to exchange the bonds will be 21 October 2013, which will also be the last trading date for the Bonds 2014-16. Trading in the Bonds 2014-16 will be suspended, until further notice, as from the 22 October 2013 in order to facilitate the exchange of bonds. Application forms will be sent to holders of Bonds 2014-16 on the 25 October 2013.
