Gasan Finance Company plc – Closure of Bond Offer

Gasan Finance Company plc, with reference to the prospectus dated October 18, 2013 in respect of the issue of EUR 25m 4.9% Bonds due 2019-2021, announced that the issue was oversubscribed. The board of directors have decided to close the bond offer immediately after the opening of subscriptions to the public. Over the coming days the company will be processing applications received and will be issuing a further company announcement detailing the allocation policy and results of the offer.
