Crimsonwing plc announced that the directors approved the Interim Consolidated Financial Statements for the financial period ending 30th September 2013. 

The Company registered a profit before tax of EUR 770,365, compared to EUR 550,398 registered in 2012. Revenue for the period under review amounted to EUR 9.86m, a rise of 13.67% from 2012. EPS increased to EUR 0.021.
