Crimsonwing plc – Announces the issuance of new shares in lieu of dividend

Crimsonwing plc announced that further to Company Announcement 57 issued on the 17 October 2013, the company announced that 204 shareholders have opted to receive shares in lieu of a cash dividend which resulted in the issuance of 484,982 Ordinary Shares. The remaining shareholders have opted to receive a cash dividend totalling €8,260.77.
