GlobalCapital plc – Resignation of Director

GlobalCapital p.l.c announced that Mr. Joseph M Zrinzo has resigned from the post of director of the Company.

Mr. Zrinzo tendered his resignation following his recent election to the board of directors of another locally listed company, which is also active in financial services, so as to avoid any potential conflicts of interest that could arise.

The resignation is with effect from December 31, 2013.
