FIMBank p.l.c. announced that, Mr. Renald Theuma, Executive Vice President, Head of Trade Finance, residing at 18 “Carina”, Tower Estate, Triq il-Melh, Marsaskala MSK 3111 and holder of IDC Number 365862M has resigned, with effect from today. 

There are no matters concerning Mr. Theuma requiring disclosure under Listing Rules 5.20.5 to 5.20.9.
