Plaza Centres p.l.c. announced that the Board of Directors is scheduled to meet on Monday 17 March 2014 to:

(i) Consider and approve the Company’s Final Audited Accounts for the financial year ended 31 December 2013;

(ii) Consider the declaration of a final dividend to be recommended at the Company’s Annual General Meeting.
