Crimsonwing plc – Interim Directors’ Statement

Crimsonwing plc announced that during the first half year of this financial year the company reported revenue growth of 14 percent on a like-for-like basis. The Directors reported that this trend has continued so that by the end of the company's third quarter, December 2013, the company's like-for-like revenues increased 16 percent to €15.56m (end December 2012 – €13.42m).

As a result, the company expects the Group’s second half earnings performance to be broadly similar to the first half-year. Our full year revenues are expected to be on target at above the €20m threshold.

 

The above performance demonstrates organic growth in a demanding market.

 

The comapny is experiencing very strong demand across its eCommerce and ERP (Dynamics) propositions, and initiating new engagements of significant international reach. The combination of the company's propositions together with its extensive integration skills, Omnichannel, is proving very compelling. Additionally the company has a strong pipeline of opportunities for (Dynamics) for Membership organisations.

 

In the period Crimsonwing entered into a strategic agreement with Megabyte Limited, who are realigning their own business model, to take over their portfolio of clients operating on Microsoft based enterprise solutions. This extends the company's capabilities in Dynamics GP (Great Plains), Dynamics RMS (Retail Management System), and Dynamics CRM (Customer Relationship Management).

 

In January 2014 Crimsonwing (Malta) was declared National Public Champion for Malta in the European Business Awards 2013/2014.
