PAVI Shopping Complex plc – Notification of repurchase of Company’s own securities

PAVI Shopping Complex p.l.c. announced that on February 21, 2014 it repurchased a total of 192,938 7% Secured Bonds 2014-2017 from its bondholders. All bonds so purchased by the Company are being cancelled.
