Grand Harbour Marina plc – Announces date of board meeting

Grand Harbour Marina plc announced that the Board of Directors announced that it is scheduled to meet on the March 11, 2014 to consider and if deemed appropriate approve the Company’s financial statements for the financial year ended 31 December 2013. 

The Board of Directors shall also consider and if deemed appropriate approve a dividend.
