Simonds Farsons Cisk plc announced that the Board of Directors will be meeting on April 30, 2014 to:

1. Consider and approve the financial results for the year ended January 31, 2014

2. Consider the declaration or otherwise of a final dividend to be recommended to the Annual General Meeting which is scheduled for June 18, 2014.
