HSBC Bank Malta plc – Change in Directorships

HSBC Bank Malta p.l.c. announced that Mr Ranjit Gokarn resigned from the post of Executive Director of the Bank with effect from 9 May 2014, following his appointment as Chief Operating Officer of HSBC Bank Turkey.

Mr Gokarn will be succeeded as Non- Executive Director by Mr Christopher Davies, who resides at Flat 9, 45 Malborough Place, London, NW2 0PX, United Kingdom.
