Tigne Mall plc – Interim Directors’ Statement

Tigne Mall plc announced that during the financial period commencing on January 1, 2014 up to May 19, 2014, no material events or transactions have taken place that would have an impact on the financial position of the company such that they would require specific mention, disclosure or announcement pursuant to the applicable Listing Rules.

The mall continued to be fully let and has experienced an increase in visitor footfall over the corresponding period last year. During this period the company continued to maintain a satisfactory level of performance in line with its projections. The financial position of the company remains satisfactory.
