HSBC Bank Malta plc announced that the Board of Directors is scheduled to meet on Monday 4 August 2014 to:

(i) approve the Group’s and the Bank’s Interim Accounts for the half-year ending 30 June 2014;

(ii) consider the declaration of an interim dividend.
