Island Hotels Group Holdings plc – AGM 2014 Held

Island Hotels Group Holdings plc announced that the fifth Annual General Meeting, held on Wednesday 21 May 2014, approved all the resolutions on the agenda.

In accordance with Article 55.3 of the Articles of Association of the Company, since there were as many nominations as there were vacancies on the board, each of the following persons took up the office as director without the need for an election:

 

Mr. Winston V. Zahra (Chairman)

Mr. Winston J. Zahra (Chief Executive Officer)

Mr. John L. Bonello

Mr. Michael C. Bonello

Mr. William Hancock

Mr. Gary Alexander Neville

Mr. Trevor Zahra
