HSBC Bank Malta plc – Resignation of Director

HSBC Bank Malta p.l.c. announced that Mr James Dunbar Cousin will resign from his post as Director of the Bank with effect from 1 July 2014. 

The Board of Directors has expressed its gratitude toward Mr Dunbar Cousin for his long and loyal service to the Bank.
