6PM Holdings plc – Interim Financial Statements

The board of directors of 6PM Holdings plc approved the Interim Financial Statements for the period ended June 30, 2014.  The Group registered a profit before tax of £385k, compared to£245k registered in 2013. Revenue for the period under review amounted to £4.81m , a rise of 6.4% from 2013. EPS increased to £0.019.

The directors are recommending that no interim dividend is to be paid
