Crimsonwing plc announced that further to announcement 75/2015 issued by the Company on 30 January 2015 in connection with the offer received from KPMG Investments Malta Limited (the “Offeror”) for a Voluntary Public Takeover Bid launched in terms of Chapter 11 of the Listing Rules, the Company announces that all trading in Crimsonwing shares has been suspended with effect from closing of trading today 3 February 2015.
