Simonds Farsons Cisk plc announced that the Board of Directors shall be meeting on April 29, 2015 to:

1. Consider and approve the financial results for the year ended January 31, 2015;

2. Consider the declaration or otherwise of a final dividend to be recommended to the Annual General Meeting which is scheduled for June 25, 2015.
