6PM Holdings p.l.c. announced that the Board of Directors has submitted an application to the Listing Authority of the Malta Financial Services Authority requesting the admissibility to listing of €13 million in bonds redeemable in 2025 (the “New Bonds”).

Subject to the Listing Authority granting its approval to admissibility to listing of the New Bonds, the Issuer will be granting preference to shareholders listed in the share register at the Central Securities Depository as at the close of business on Monday 8 June 2015 (the “Record Date”), to subscribe to the New Bonds.
