Plaza Centres plc (‘The Company”) issued the following Company Announcement pursuant to the Malta Financial Services Authority Listing Rules: 

 

The Board of Directors of Plaza Centres p.l.c. is scheduled to meet on Tuesday 21 July 2015 to consider and, if considered appropriate, approve the Company’s Interim Financial Statements for the six months ending 30 June 2015.
