Mediterranean Investments Holding p.l.c. (the ‘Issuer’) announces that the issue of €20,000,000 5.5% Bonds 2020 (ISIN: MT0000371279) has been oversubscribed. As a consequence, the Intermediaries Offer that was scheduled for the 21st July 2015, will now not take place.

 

In terms of the prospectus, the Issuer will be announcing the basis of acceptance and the allocation policy by not later than 24th July 2015.
