Mapfre Middlesea p.l.c. – Approval of half yearly financials as at 30 June 2015

Mapfre Middlesea p.l.c, issued the following Company Announcement, pursuant to the Listing Rules of the Malta Financial Services Authority. 

The Board of Directors of Mapfre Middlesea p.l.c, have today the 23 July 2015, considered and approved the unaudited financial statements of the Group for the financial half year ended 30 June 2015.

The Group registered a profit before tax of EUR  15,183, compared to EUR 8,206 registered in the comparable period of 2014. Total Income from insurance activities for the period under review amounted to EUR 14,665, a rise of 143%  from the period ending 30 June 2014.
