Malita Investments p.l.c. issued the following Company Announcement, pursuant to the Listing Rules of the Malta Financial Services Authority. 

 

The Board of Directors of Malita Investments p.l.c. is scheduled to meet on Thursday 30 July 2015 to: 

 

1. consider and approve the Company’s Interim Financial Statements for the six months ended 30 June 2015.

 

2. consider the payment of an interim dividend.
