 Simonds Farsons Cisk p.l.c. issued the following Company Announcement, pursuant to the Malta Financial Services Authority Listing Rule 5.13.

 

Simonds Farsons Cisk plc announces the appointment of Mr Marcantonio Stagno D’Alcontres as Vice-Chairman of the Company, with effect from 29th July 2015 in replacement of Mr Vincent Curmi.

 

The board wishes to thank Mr Curmi for 37 years of sterling service as a Director and augurs Mr Stagno D’Alcontres success in his new position within the company.

 

Mr Stagno D’Alcontres has been a Director of Simonds Farsons Cisk plc for the past 13 years.
