6PM Holdings plc issued the following company announcement, pursuant to Malta Financial Services Authority Listing Rules. 

At the meeting held on August 4, 2015, the Board of Directors of 6PM Holdings plc approved the Interim Financial Statements for the period ended 30th June 2015. 

The Group registered a profit before tax of GBP 413,199, compared to GBP 385,263 registered in the comparable period ending June 2014. Revenue for the period under review amounted to GBP 4,410,653, a decline of 8.3% from 2014. EPS increased to GBP 0.02.
