FIMBank plc – Interim Financial Statements

FIMBank p.l.c. (“FIMBank”or the “Bank”) issued the following Company Announcement, pursuant to Chapter 5 of the Malta Financial Services Authority Listing Rules. 

The Board of Directors of FIMBank met in London on 4 August 2015, to approve the Consolidated and the Bank’s Interim Financial Statements for the six months ended 30 June 2015. 

 

The Group registered a loss before tax of USD 7.7m compared to a profit of USD 5.1m registered in the comparable period ending June, 2014. Net interest income for the period under review amounted to USD 16m, a rise of  16.7% from 2014. Loss per share from continuing operations amounted to 2.14.
