GO plc – Merger of subsidiary companies

 GO p.l.c. (“the Company”) issued the following Company Announcement pursuant to Malta Financial Services Authority Listing Rules. 

 

The Company announces that its subsidiary companies Mobisle Communications Limited with registered number C 24655 and Worldwide Communications Limited with registered number C 24798 are both to be merged with the Company.
