Termination of Suspension of Listing and Trading of Global Capital plc. Securities

The Listing Authority refers to its announcement dated 7th April 2015 with reference TS Ret 2015/01/001 which notified the market that on the same day it suspended the listing and trading of Global Capital plc (the Company) securities. namely: [i]MT0000170101 GlobalCapital p.l.c. –  Ordinary Shares €0.291l72; and [ii] MT0000073412 – Bonds 5.6% GlohalCapital plc € 2014/ 16, until such time that it is able to make a judgement on the effect that the position of B-U CO (Mtius) Ltd will have on the operations of the Company.

Following  the publication by the Company’s  Annual Financial Statements for the year ending  31st December 2014 approved on 7th August 2015, the Interim Directors Report for the period ended 30th June 2015 approved on 28thAugust 201 5 together with the Company Announcement dated 16th September 2015 updating the market on the position of the shareholding of BAI Co (Mauritius) Limited in the Company, the Listing Authority is of the opinion that sufficient information has been made public by the Company for trading in Global Capital plc’s securities to be resumed and is today terminating the suspension of Listing and Trading in the Company’s securities.
