IHGH – Termination of Suspension of Listing and Trading

The Listing Authority has issued the following announcement,  pursuant to the Listing Rules

 

The Listing Authority refers to its announcement dated 13th October 2015 with reference TS Ref: 2 015/03/004 which notified the market that on the same date it extended the suspension for trading of the Island Hotels Group Holdings p.l.c. — Ordinary Shares €1.00 (MT0000480104). On the 16th October 2015, the Listing Authority approved the delisting of the 38,583,660 shares of Island Hotels Group Holdings plc. from the official list of the Malta Stock Exchange.

 

Consequently, the suspension of trading of the above mentioned security has been terminated.
