Mapfre Middlesea plc has issued the following Company Announcement pursuant to the Listing Rules of the Malta Financial Services Authority.

The Board of Directors of Middlesea Insurance plc is scheduled to meet on Wednesday March 2, 2016 to consider the following items:

1. Consideration and approval of the Company's Audited Financial Statements for the financial year ended 31 December 2015;

2. Recommendation of a dividend, if any.
